Hotel was comfortable and absolutely fabulous, we appreciated this place.
It had perfect location, near to the garden at the rear, the wonderful Christmas market and railway station. The staff were efficient and excellent. Coffee and tea were reasonably priced and overall there was plenty of food.

the weather was beautiful, had relaxing stay for the bank holiday weekend. got spotless and heated room with the tea tray and a great breakfast - always come in handy. it was very close to birmingham for a day, a race track and the garden, easy location overall. besides, the chris bryant centre was 2 km away from the property.

The location for Birmingham was perfect, right by the beautiful garden with plenty of sun loungers tables & chairs, Birmingham for a day and the wonderful Christmas market. The room was modern, moreover heated with a great breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. the breakfast options were delicious and made to order.
The indoor temperatures were sometimes a bit high, which made it uncomfortable at times. It would also be helpful to have a lift for easier access to the upstairs bedrooms.
